Exchange / Return Policy

1. About order cancellation
Only orders whose order status is "Waiting for payment" are possible.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us by email or phone.

2. Exchanges and returns We
cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.
When it is due to customer's convenience. Regarding the size and color, we do not accept returns.
In case of mistaken purchase due to customer's carelessness.
When the protective sticker attached to the wristwatch is removed.
For leather and rubber belt products, if the belt is pierced.
Back-order product.
If you are eligible for free repair within the scope of our warranty agreement.
If the model number is the same, but there are some changes in the design and accessories due to minor changes, and that is the reason.

Remarks:
* Images taken at the store or outdoors may look different in color depending on the lighting conditions.

* After completing your order, we will not accept exchanges / cancellations, or returns / exchanges other than defective products. We do not accept it.

* Due to the monitor, screen environment, lighting, etc. you are viewing, the actual color may differ slightly. Please note.

3. Return method
If you wish to return the product, please contact "Inquiry" by phone or email first. 
Please refer to the [Return Procedure] below and complete the procedure. 

[Return procedure]
1) Within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product, attach an image that can prove the defect (whole product image and enlarged image of the defect), order number, misdelivery / defective product number, reason for refund. Please send it by e-mail with the information such as. 
2) Once the return request is accepted, we will contact you separately later. 
3) When returning the product, please include a memo with the order number, name, and product number in the package (box, wrapping vinyl, etc.). 

* Please note that we will not be able to process returns or refunds if the product is returned without procedures such as return application or application acceptance.
* The shipping fee for returning the product will be processed due to the reason for the return.
* In the case of EMS, payment on delivery is not possible, so please send a receipt for the shipping fee by e-mail after shipping the item. After confirmation, we will refund you.

[Refund procedure]
▲ The refund amount for returned goods will be the amount actually paid. If you purchase with a coupon or discount, the payment amount will be refunded after the discount.
▲ The refund procedure will be completed in about a week (excluding weekends and holidays) after the returned product arrives at our company and after confirming the returned product.
